We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information from third-party integrations.

03 How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To create and manage your account, provide AI coaching features, and deliver platform functionality
- Personalization: To tailor AI-generated coaching recommendations to your professional profile and CRE market context
- Billing and Transactions: To process subscriptions, renewals, and payment confirmations
- Customer Support: To respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Product Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve platform performance using aggregated, non-identifiable data where possible

04 Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to provide the Service you subscribed to
- Legitimate Interests: Platform security, fraud prevention, and product improvement
- Consent: Marketing communications and optional analytics features
- Legal Obligation: Compliance with tax, financial reporting, and other regulatory requirements
05 Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors who process data on our behalf, including Stripe for payments and GoHighLevel for CRM, bound by data protection agreements
- Underlying AI Platform: MAC is built on a licensed AI platform. Query data may be processed by the AI provider solely to deliver responses. That provider does not use your data for independent model training.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred with advance notice to you
- Legal Requirements: To comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of The Massimo Group and its users
- With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent
06 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:
- Account data: Retained while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after account closure
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years
- Usage analytics: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form for platform improvement
Upon written request, we will delete personal data we are not legally required to retain. See Section 09 for how to submit a deletion request.
07 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The MAC web platform uses cookies and similar technologies to authenticate your session, remember your preferences, analyze usage patterns, and deliver relevant communications. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect platform functionality. The MAC mobile app may use device identifiers and analytics SDKs for equivalent purposes.
08 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring
- Secure third-party payment processing via Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)

09 Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. You may also delete your account directly from within the MAC app at any time via Account Settings. In-app deletion permanently removes your profile and associated data from our active systems.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights
10 Children's Privacy
MAC is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe a minor has created an account.
11 International Data Transfers
The Massimo Group is based in the United States. If you access MAC from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
12 Third-Party Links and Integrations
MAC may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to MAC, including GoHighLevel and Stripe.
13 Apple App Store and Mobile Disclosures
If you use MAC via the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain usage data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. Additionally:
- The app may request access to device notifications for coaching reminders and alerts
- The app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature
- You can manage all app permissions in your device's Settings at any time
- Data collected via the app is subject to this Privacy Policy and Apple's App Store guidelines
14 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of MAC after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
